Using the packing slip or order email included with your purchase contact us with the order number and product you wish to return and well redo it and ship it to you free. Keep the original item as a thank you or dispose of it as you wish. If you would prefer a refund please allow 7 days for refund processing.
Refunds and Replacement exchanges are limited to 60 days from order date. Replacement exchanges are for same item replacement only. Embroidery on replacements may be modified to correct the reason for return. In the event a requested replacement is out of stock a similar item can be substituted at the request of the customer.
